Ankur Seminary started in 1985 with classes Prep., Nur. & K.G., year by year the school has been growing and in 1996, the batch of students appeared in HSLC examination held by Secondary Education board of Assam (SEBA). After completing 25(Twenty Five) successful years in secondary level, the school has been upgraded in 2010 with Arts and Commerce in higher secondary level.

Bani Mandir Foundation Educational Society (B.M.Trust) the school no profit no loss basis and registered under the socities Registration Act. XXI 1860.

The aim of the institution is to provide the most modern value-based and quality education for all round development of the students. The school also provides the very positive environment to the students so as to develop their in-born intelligence and creative talents through organising various co-curricular activities and events.
